We do not sell your personal or training data. Data is shared only with sub-processors vital to delivery (e.g. video conferencing tools like Zoom/Teams, encrypted cloud storage, and secure payment pathways) under strict data processing agreements.

All live virtual and in-person training session recordings are strictly confidential. Quill Comms operates an automated 30-day purge cycle: all video and audio clips are permanently erased from our local networks and cloud repositories exactly 30 days post-session, unless an explicit extension is mutually agreed in writing.
