1. Dual Service Delivery Modes
• Live Virtual Sessions: Clients are solely responsible for securing stable internet bandwidth, working webcams, and functional audio configurations prior to the session start.
• In-Person Workshops: Attendees must strictly adhere to the health, safety, and operational conduct policies established at the designated physical training facility.
2. Non-Disclosure & Crisis Scenario Protection
Both parties acknowledge that training sessions may involve sensitive, unreleased public relations announcements, corporate financial positions, or simulated business crises. Quill Comms guarantees absolute confidentiality: no client-provided scenario or simulation data will be disclosed outside the training environment.

All frameworks, methodologies, presentation slide decks, toolkits, and written guides provided by Quill Comms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Quill Comms. Deliverables are licensed to the individual client for internal personal development only and may not be copied, sub-licensed, or commercially redistributed.
5. Governing Law
While our courses are designed to optimise media relations skills, Quill Comms explicitly states that completion of any training session carries no guarantee of positive media exposure, viral public traction, or specific public relations outcomes. Media success is dependent on external journalism dynamics beyond our control.
These terms, your use of the website, and all training contracts are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any arising disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
